Limited Warranty
Zuo Modern guarantees all furniture against defects in construction for a period of ONE year for Non-Contract items and THREE years for Contract items. When a structural defect is brought to our attention, we will repair or replace it at our option at no charge to the customer for parts and labor. Shipping charges apply.
Return Policy:
ZUO will accept the return of any UNOPENED PRODUCT with a 30% RESTOCKING FEE within 30 days of the invoice date for credit towards your account. All returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION TICKET from Zuo Modern. The warehouse will refuse any returns without this ticket. ZUO DOES NOT provide payment for RETURN SHIPPING except for defects or order processing irregularities.
