Great stools, look as good in person. Very sturdy, easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Best part was the awesome customer service from absolutebarstools.com and RMV Stores. I thought I was shipped the wrong size stool, but they were incredibly awesome and helpful, along with the manufacturer, I highly recommend doing business with them!

I'll be happy with the product when my husband gets around to sanding down the wood panel so that it will fit into the metal bracket as designed and I can spray a thick coat of wd-40 on the swivel.
I'd recommend this to a friend that has the means to make modifications if need be. One was perfect but the other was not. Luck of the draw I guess.

I/11/11- Just received three of these bar stools for our new kitchen island. Very easy to assemble. Faux leather is nice quality, better than expected, and adjustable hydraulic base makes them versatile and easy to adjust for our counter height. We chose not to use the adjustable footrest as it was not really needed for counter height and gives them a sleeker look. Very comfortable to sit in and swivel base is perfect for our location. They also were willing to ship to Hawaii at an affordable price, second day air Fed Ex. Best price found on the internet and only company willing to ship to Hawaii.

I searched everywhere for a bar stool for my kitchen counter (bar height) where freinds sit and watch me cook, where I keep my laptop to read mail, make entries in my blog, search the web, have a snack or breakfast before heading out for the day. I've even brought home some bar stools only to return them. This one is not only lovely to look at, but is the most comfortable to sit on. I was so delighted to find another one which matches exactly.

A really nice quality barstool for the price, however the photo and description said cherry finish on the wood which is the main reason I ordered - it looked like a light cherry that would match the counter where I want to use them. They actually have a dark wood finish more like shown on the photo of the microfiber seat version. If the finish had been as described and shown in the photo I would be really happy with this purchase. The leather seat is well done and good quality and they are comfortable to sit on.
